Jarrod Battles, PA-C

Jarrod Battles is a dedicated physician assistant with a strong background in cardiology and internal medicine, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Born and raised in Eastern Florida, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where he was a member of the Honors College and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List. He went on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, Florida.

Jarrod brings valuable clinical experience in cardiology, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular health, chronic diseases, and complex patient conditions. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality, evidence-based care.

His clinical approach emphasizes preventive care and chronic disease management, with a focus on empowering patients to take an active role in their long-term health. Jarrod values building strong, trusting relationships with his patients and believes that clear, open communication and collaboration are essential to achieving optimal outcomes. He strives to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care.

Outside of clinical practice, Jarrod enjoys spending time at the beach, playing golf, exercising, watching sports, and being with family and friends. His well-rounded interests help him connect with patients on a personal level and bring a balanced perspective to his approach to care.
